These Terms & Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and good1. By registering an account or using any part of the good1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before placing any bet or wagering any amount.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the good1 platform, including the website at good1.bid, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any services offered through them (collectively, the "Platform"). This Agreement is entered into between you (the "Player" or "User") and good1 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By completing the good1 registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by every provision contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
good1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or display a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The version in force is always the most recently published version, identified by the effective date shown at the top of this document.
Plain English summary: Using good1 — in any way — means you agree to these rules. If the rules change, we will tell you. If you keep using the Platform after being told about changes, you accept the new rules. If you disagree, stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the good1 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
- You are 18 years of age or older. good1 is an adults-only platform. Use by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or as a corporate entity.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of good1, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from the Company.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the good1 Platform or had your account terminated for breaches of this Agreement.
good1 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. We employ age-verification procedures at registration and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence clearly showing date of birth. Where age verification is requested, access to deposit and wagering functions will be restricted until verification is complete.
If good1 determines that a Player is under 18 years of age, or that false information was provided during registration in order to circumvent age-verification checks, the account will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will not be returned to the individual, and good1 may report the incident to relevant authorities if required by applicable law.

Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full range of good1 services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city and division within Bangladesh), a valid email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.
You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point of update is truthful and accurate. good1 relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and payment processing. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account suspension.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one account on the good1 Platform at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a proxy — is strictly prohibited. good1 uses technical and behavioural analysis tools to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be closed, and any balance held across those accounts may be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. good1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify good1 immediately by emailing [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, which may include temporarily freezing deposit, withdrawal, and wagering functions.
good1 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from good1 and requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected] immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
good1 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. good1 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable payment processor agreements and regulations.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification status, selected payment method, and applicable compliance checks. good1 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for transactions above certain thresholds.
4.3 Deposits
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your good1 wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to reflect. good1 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
4.4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside business hours will be queued and actioned on the next available working day. Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is approximately 4 hours once approved. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your card issuer. good1 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that is different from the one used for the corresponding deposit, except in cases where the original method is no longer available.
4.5 Verification Prior to Withdrawal
Before your first withdrawal is processed, good1 may require you to complete full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This typically involves submitting a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registered number). Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 days of the request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: good1 is committed to maintaining a platform free from money laundering and financial crime. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any transaction that we reasonably suspect is connected to fraudulent or unlawful activity. All suspicious transactions are subject to review and, where required by law, may be reported to relevant authorities.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses
good1 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers, seasonal promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds, free bets, and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance is released as withdrawable funds.
Wagering contributions from different game types may vary. Sports betting wagers may contribute 100% toward meeting the requirement, while certain casino games (particularly those with very high RTP) may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution percentages are listed in the individual offer terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
good1 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the wagering requirements. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing low-risk bets on opposing outcomes to complete wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and staking patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play.
5.4 Expiry
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire and be automatically removed from your account wallet. good1 is under no obligation to provide notice prior to the expiry of a bonus balance, though we may at our discretion send reminder notifications as a courtesy.
Betting & Casino Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on the good1 Platform are subject to the specific market rules published in the sports betting section. good1 uses independent odds-compilation processes. Pre-match odds are set before an event begins; in-play odds fluctuate in real time based on match conditions. good1 reserves the right to suspend or void markets at any time where there is evidence of data error, match abandonment, or irregular betting patterns.
In cases where a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant market rules. For cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, specific abandonment rules apply and are published in the cricket betting help section. Where no specific rule applies, void and stake-return is the default settlement method.
6.2 Casino Games
All casino games available on good1 — including slots, live dealer games, and specialty titles — are provided by internationally recognised third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, a physical dealing mechanism streamed in real time. good1 does not alter or modify the underlying mathematics of any game.
Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within each game's information panel. Players should be aware that RTP figures are calculated over millions of rounds and represent a statistical average — individual sessions will vary significantly from the stated RTP.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and bet type. These limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet. good1 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time, including imposing lower maximum limits on specific players where unusual betting patterns are detected.
All casino games on good1 use independently audited RNG systems. This means every spin, card deal, and roulette wheel result is generated by a certified algorithm that cannot be influenced by good1, the game provider, or the player. Fair play is guaranteed by the mathematics of each game.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the good1 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities:
- Registering or operating more than one player account, whether directly or via a proxy, associate, or third party.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including during identity verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or suspected bug are not valid and will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the Platform.
- Using the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent payment transactions, or engage in any other financially unlawful activity.
- Colluding with other players in casino card games or any other game format where collusion provides an unfair advantage.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing good1 staff, other players, or any third party through Platform communication channels.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying source code of any software comprising the Platform.
- Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other method designed to obscure your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
good1 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, we act quickly and decisively. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged may submit an appeal by contacting [email protected] with supporting evidence.
Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request to close your good1 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Once your account is closed, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method.
8.2 Suspension or Termination by good1
good1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
- Provision of false identity information or failure to complete required verification within the specified timeframe.
- Irregular or suspicious betting patterns suggesting match manipulation or systematic exploitation of the Platform.
- Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
- A legally valid instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
8.3 Effects of Termination
Upon account termination by good1 for a breach of this Agreement, any remaining balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. Where termination is not due to a breach (for example, where good1 chooses to exit a market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player in full. good1 will communicate the reason for termination to the affected player where legally permissible to do so.
8.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the immediate restriction of all wagering, deposit, and login functions for the requested exclusion period. Self-exclusion is not a form of account termination and does not affect the security of your real-money balance, which remains held in your account pending the end of the exclusion period or a permanent closure request.
